What are your business hours?
Our normal business hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Beijing time. We typically process orders outside of these hours, except on Chinese national holidays. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
Can you assist us in sourcing products from Chinese suppliers?
Of course. We work with top-tier factories to ensure factory pricing and high-quality products.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 orders per day. This means your store must be open and processing at least 10 orders per day. If you meet the minimum order quantity requirement, we will assign a logistics team to your account.
What is your daily order processing capacity?
Lamsonfulfill process 6,000 orders per day.
Do you offer custom packaging?

What payment methods do you accept? Do you offer cash on delivery?
We currently accept: Alibaba Trade Assurance; Bank Transfer; and Wise Payment. However, we do not place orders or ship any products through a credit system.
Do you offer returns? What if a package is damaged, lost, or the wrong item is shipped?
Orders can be returned to our warehouse in China, but returns are costly and slow, and customs duties will be charged to your account. We also have a refund policy for damaged goods. If your customer provides proof of damage caused by the courier, we will refund the goods by deducting the cost from their next invoice or by issuing a cash refund, depending on the circumstances.
Do you automatically upload tracking numbers?
Once payment is received, lamsonfulfill will upload the tracking number and shipping details within 24 hours.
Which shipping companies do you use?
We use reliable companies such as Yunyuntong, 4PX, Yanwen, UBI, CNE, TNT, DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
What is the shipping time to most countries?
Our shipping times vary depending on the destination country. For most global markets, we can ship within 6-12 days. For items in stock in our warehouse, we can ship within 10 days.
Can you make custom card inserts?
We can print any design and nearly any size for your order in as little as 2 days. All processing is done through our app.
Do you offer warehouse storage services for faster shipping?
We highly recommend this option for sellers at no additional cost. We offer free storage, which means your products are stored in our warehouse, ready for shipment, reducing processing time to as little as 24 hours.
What is the shipping time to most countries?
For most global markets, we can ship within 6-12 days. For items in stock in our warehouse, we can ship within 10 days.
What is your processing time?
As long as you have inventory, we ship within 24 hours. During rare peak periods, Lamsonfulfill ship within 48 hours. If you don’t have inventory and are drop shipping, the average sourcing time is 2-3 days after receiving payment.
