Frequently Asked General Questions.
1. Where is Lamsonfulfill Located?
Our head office and main warehouse are in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. We also have a Guangzhoulocation (primarily used for freight forwarding) and 3PL warehouses around the world.
2. Do you have an MOQ?
We have a fulfillment MOQ of 10 total daily orders. This means your store must already be open and fulfilling at least 10 daily orders. If you are meeting the MOQ requirements, we will assign a fulfillment team to your account. If not, we can suggest other platform such as aliexpress or other companies with which to start your store and feel free to get back when you have 10 orders daily.
3. What are your working hours?
Official business hours are 08:00-19:00 Monday-Saturday, Beijing time. We fulfill orders on a regular basis outside these hours except for national Chinese holidays when our couriers do not operate. We typically respond to all clients during our business hours and sometimes out of hours, although please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
4. Are you cheaper than Aliexpress?
Sometimes, it depends on quite a few factors. At times we be cheaper by $1 or $2, whereas some cases it will be much more expensive. Generally, we do not look to compete with Aliexpress as we offer a much better service with faster shipping, photography benefits and branding options.
5.Do you integrate with Shopify?
Yes, our app currently supports Shopify and Woocommerce, we also cater for other platforms. More support will be added in time.
6. What platforms do you use for communication?
Whatsapp and Skype are used for communication . You can invite any team members you may have to collaborate with Lamsonfulfill team.
7. What is your capacity?
Currently (Q1 2022), we have a capacity of 6000 daily orders.

2. Do you offer Cash-on-delivery?
No, we will not place any orders or dispatch any products on a credit system.
3. Do you provide invoices?

Questions asked return policy.
1. Do you have a return service?
Yes, orders can either be returned to our China-based warehouse. Please note, however, we don’t recommend your customers return products to China as it’s expensive slow and also subject to custom and duty charges which will be billed to your account.
2. Do you have a refund for damaged item?
Yes , we have a refund policy for damaged goods. If your customer shows evidence of damage as a result of the shipping courier we will provide a refund in terms of a deduction for the next invoice or cash return depending on the situation. Kindly refer to our returns page.

1. What are the shipping times to most countries?
Our shipping time depends on the target country. To most global markets we can ship in 6-12 days. For items stocked in our warehouse we can ship within 10 days.
2. What are the shipping times to most countries?
Yes, we only use trackable services as for any reason you specifically request untracked which is not recommended.
3. Can you stock products at our warehouse for faster shipping?
Of course, we extremely recommend this option for high volume sellers. There are no additional fees . This means you can stock your products in our warehouse ready for shipment with processing times reduced to within 24 hours.
4. What is your processing time?
As long as you have inventory, we dispatch within 24 hours and in rare cases, during very peak periods, within 48 hours. If you do not have inventory and are operating on a dropshipping basis, the average sourcing time is 2-3 days after physically receiving your payment.
5. Do you upload tracking numbers automatically ?
Yes, once payment is received we will upload the tracking numbers and logistics details within 24 hours.
6. What countries do you ship to?
We can ship worldwide.
7. Can I send my own products to your warehouse for you to fulfil as a 3PL provider?
Most definitely. You can buy goods through your supplier, we will only help you repack and ship out quickly
8. What shipping lines do you use?
We use reliable companies Yunexpress, 4PX, Yanwen, UBI, CNE, TNT, DHL, UPS, FedEx etc.
9. Do you pack all different products in a single package so my customer receives 1 parcel?
Yes we do.

Mostly products found on Aliexpress and Alibaba for as long as you provide a URL, image, or detailed specs.

No, we consider our customer’s privacy very seriously. Such information is confidential.

Yes, we can print any design and almost any size you like to include in your orders with a turnaround as soon as 2 days. This can all be done via our app.
